YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Our association lives through our members. Our members are selected companies in Germany, Europe and abroad.
Your contribution supports the work of the VDHC – in return, you benefit from our network, our services and advantages at special conditions.
The VDHC is actively available to all entrepreneurs worldwide with advice and support! All companies (with 10 or more employees) from Germany and abroad can apply for membership.
Each application for membership is examined and decided on individually by our association administration. A membership application is only accepted upon written confirmation by the association administration; we expressly reserve the right to reject membership applications.

The association administration always calculates a contribution that does not start exactly at the beginning of the financial year on a pro rata basis for the year! This means that members who join during the year will not be charged a full fee!
The VDHC offers the following forms of membership categories:
SMALL – Small and medium-sized enterprises / SMEs
- (from 10 up to 99 employees)
- Annual membership fee *) € 360 /year)
MEDIUM – Medium-sized companies / SMEs
- (up to 249 employees)
- Annual fee *) € 720/year)
LARGE – Large companies
- (more than 250 employees)
- Annual fee *) € 1200/year)
For companies that are NOT headquartered in Germany
- These contributions also apply to companies that are NOT headquartered in
Germany / Europe.

The VDHC does not charge an admission fee.
Membership can be terminated in accordance with § 6.a of the Articles of VDHC with a notice period of six weeks to the end of the financial year (written form required).
